Meeting new people is much easier when sharing food and drink so SMC has prepared a three day networking lunch experience designed to bring labels DJs and enthusiasts closer to the music industry professionals. Delegates can meet upto 60 or more business contacts at a single event so with that saying in mind

Kelly Renee: Moderator / Co ordinator
Kelly Renee’s House Music Seminars are talked about world wide. She is the owner of the promotion and management company 12 Inch Vinyl Stars where she hosts the seminars 3 times a year to teach people about the history and business side of the industry in order to try to squash the misconceptions that house is all drugs and one monotonous beat. Kelly’s back ground in radio has kept her working in the music industry for more than 10 years. Aside from her seminars and DJ bookings she works full time for the world wide booking agency Most Wanted Entertainment. She counts some of the biggest names in the industry as friends and has the respect of the Toronto scene due to her bubbly nature, hard work and excellent interview skills. Kelly is excited to bring her talent and drive to this years Summer Music Conference.

Pat Boogie has been involved with event planning and promotions in Toronto independently for over 10 years. His company, Boogie Inc., specializes in events with the world's top DJ's, musicians and producers in the dance music industry. She is currently a full-time host at CiRCA, the 2008 Club World Awards 'Best New Venue' and is the director of DJ FUCKERS, presenting Toronto’s newest weekly Wednesday dance floor showcase. Jazz J Spinder
This man around town is the go to guy to get things done. Whether it’s packing a room full of the hottest and coolest club patrons or turning a relatively no name DJ into an international sensation, Jazz J Spinder is a very busy man. He’s been working in the music and club industry almost all of his life. Originally from Rochester, NY he has produced a number of events all the way from his home town to Miami, Detroit and back up to Toronto and has quickly became one of the top hosts/promoters/event producers in Toronto’s electronic music scene today. Jazz now works with the highly respected Most Wanted Entertainment as a booking agent to some of the biggest DJ’s in the industry, although makes sure to still take part in certain events that he feels are worth putting his time into. |  | Chris McKean
Chris McKean aka DJ Irgo is one of the hardest working Dj’s/promoters in Toronto’s scene today. As co manager of the hugely successful House Addict.com he work is endless when it comes to new downloads, local and international events, and keeping up to date with the latest in the electronic music scene. - He's won 2 Juno Awards, a Socan Award for most radio play in Canada and multiple nominations.

- He started as a rave promoter in the '90s. He created and operated one of North America's largest event organizations called Liquid Adrenaline. Events averaged 5.000 and peaked at 10,000 in attendance.
- As a DJ, Hatiras has performed around the world in venues across Canada, USA, Japan, Colombia, Australia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, UK, Serbia and more.
- As a remixer he's reworked music for Kylie Minogue, Loleatta Holloway, Junior Jack, Carole Pope and many more.
- His remixes and productions have been released on labels like Blow Media, Hatrax, Defected, Ministry of Sound, Universal, Sony, etc.
- Everyone from The Chemical Brothers to Pete Tong to Roger Sanchez, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Dan, Danny Tenaglia and in between, plays Hatiras music.
- He also hosts a weekly radio show called 'Hatiras Presents' that broadcasts on over a dozen stations worldwide and surpasses 100,000 listeners per show.
