At 1.3 billion acres and nesting over 300 different species of birds, Canada's Boreal Forest is
one of the largest intact ecosystems remaining on Earth. Its home to large populations of wolves, bears and the world's largest caribou herds. Unfortunately, although the planet is heating up at an alarming rate, this national treasure faces increasing threats from industrial use with over 30% designated for logging, energy and other development.
The Summer Music Conference unites thousands with one message to persuade the authorities to stop this insanity and to act more responsibly.
